Fuddruckers has also spent almost a half a million dollars to redecorate its flagship Texas location. The casual dining restaurant has also updated its menu to go beyond just hamburgers. Some menus now include large dinner platters like lemon pepper shrimp, and rib eye steaks. Baked potatoes are served up by the pound, and Fuddruckers' salads and desserts have also been revamped into larger sized portions.
